Sleep

Sleep is a naturally recurring state of mind & body . It is vital for the  sanity of living beings .It is as important as food, for our survival.In the absence of a proper sleep human beings will behave as Zombies.We need a proper routine sleep for better functioning of our grey matter.It has been noted that improper sleep can lay down a path of the following conditions:-

1.Anxiety

2.Depression

3.Alzheimer’s (in long run)

4.Chronic pain(s)

5.Lack of attention and concentration

Pre-requisites of a good sleep:-

1.Pitch dark room

2.Routine

Things to avoid:-

1.Beverages like tea/coffee

2.Heavy food

3.Watching media devices just before sleep.
